Fairy Pom Pom

Another of the LOTV images came out today....guy I work with has a daughter who is 11 tomorrow so he wanted a card for her. I had a go at colouring her with just the blender and one colour for her dress and am quite pleased with how she looks...a bit more practise needed but he seemed to like it lol. I used some glamour dust on her pom pom bits too but they haven't shown up too well on the pic. I followed the sketch on sketch n stash to make it a bit easier for myself (see below).

And this is the sketch :
Recipe :
Border - Martha Stewart PATP Eylet Lace.
Backing Paper - My Momenta Hidden Hues Tranquil.
DP - Sorry was a freebie ages ago and can't for the life of me remember where from.
Ribbon - From Stash
Hearts/Bling From Stash
Image - LOTV Pom Pom
Scalloped Circles - Spellbinders
Leaves - Spellbinders Foliage
Flourish - Marianne Creatables.
Flowers - Hobbycraft/Boyes.

I'm entering it in the following challenges :
Sketch And Stash - Challenge 81
Ladybugs Crafts - Spring Is In The Air
Crafts And Me - Challenge 72 - Shades of Spring
Diva's By Design - Challenge 23 - Bling It Up
Cute Card Thursday - Challenge 205 - Winged Things

  4. Hi Del, such a pretty card - love the image (it's one of my all time favourite Lili of the Valley images) and you've coloured it wonderfully with just the one colour.

Such a fresh colour combo as well.

Thanks for joining in with us this week at Divas by Design.
