Good morning everyone.  It's a funny day out there today, a lot cooler than it's been and I don't think the rain is far away...still feeling warm though.  I'm a bit late this week with my DT make for

I had really bad pains in my wrist and it was diagnosed as RSI.  I couldn't even grip a pen properly let alone colour an image.  Then when I went to get an image to use matching the sponsor I found out my disc is broken....lost loads of digi stamps waaaahhhh so had to snaffle a freebie for this one!  Think it worked out ok though phew.  Anyway back to my injury I sat for 3 hours in the walk in centre to be diagnosed....and the cure was all the things I was already doing!!  Anyway it's feeling a lot better this week, still niggly but I know to stop using it while it's like that!
