Purple and Orange and Green

It's time for a new challenge over at

It's challenge # 26 and the theme is Halloween Colours. This means that your makes don't have to be Halloween themed, just the colours associated with it. I love this time of year, I've sorted out all my decorations ready to go up next Saturday and I've bought a load of sweets to put into cups for all the kids. I'm going to bake cupcakes too and I've got my pumpkins ready to carve! Who knows, I may even dress up for the occasion lol.

Girly Things

Morning all, dull here today, hope the weather is better where you are! Even had the heating on boost this week....it was so surprised that it's packed in!! Unfortunately that means hot water is off too :( Have an appointment for Monday for someone to look at it, thank heavens the gas fire is working and the electric shower!.....what a great excuse for not doing the washing up....just have to do more crafting hehe.

I bought some movers and shapers in a Sizzix sale a while ago not realising you needed the tray to cut them, managed to get one this week so had a go with the Birdcage and Bird Dies. Decided to grunge it up a little and have to say I'm quite chuffed with how it turned out!

Golden Oldies

Found out this week that it's my Aunt and Uncles Golden Wedding Anniversary. Just celebrated my 10th and can't imagine another 40 years with Hubby! lol, what an achievement! So decided I'd mark the occassion by sending them a card. Wanted something pretty flat because it has to be posted but couldn't resist some golden pearls lol
