Halloween Update

Hi folks.  Well we had a very successful Halloween again.  The Kids seemed to enjoy themselves and we had 50+ at the door so a good night was had by all.  I managed to carve 3 pumpkins, bake 110 cupcakes (some for my neice, not all for us  lol!) and make up enough sweet cups for everyone who came.  This is an update of what it all looked like!

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

Well just found out there are only 7 Monday's until Christmas!

Now that Halloween is out of the way I guess we'll be seeing a lot more of the Christmas items in the shops and adverts on the TV!

It's challenge # 26 and the theme is Halloween Colours.  This means that your makes don't have to be Halloween themed, just the colours associated with it.  I love this time of year, I've sorted out all my decorations ready to go up next Saturday and I've bought a load of sweets to put into cups for all the kids.  I'm going to bake cupcakes too and I've got my pumpkins ready to carve!  Who knows, I may even dress up for the occasion lol.

Girly Things

Morning all, dull here today, hope the weather is better where you are!  Even had the heating on boost this week....it was so surprised that it's packed in!! Unfortunately that means hot water is off too :(  Have an appointment for Monday for someone to look at it, thank heavens the gas fire is working and the electric shower!.....what a great excuse for not doing the washing up....just have to do more crafting hehe.
