Morning all, hope you're having a great Saturday. It's a tad on the chilly side here in Hull today! I'm off shopping this afternoon with my BFF who's come down from Scotland for a visit (I'm sure she's brought the cold with her! lol). Anyway hope my little Spring Fairy card will warm things up a bit. I couldn't wait to get into the spring feast paper pack this week, then got asked for two birthday cards for an 8 year old....had this little Pom Pom already coloured so was able to get the paper out and play!

Good Day With Goodies!

Good job I didn't have much to do at work today, Sister got back from America yesterday and she called in today with my goodies I ordered from Joann's for delivery to her at her Villa. It was like Christmas....and anyone watching through the window today would think I was mental, cos I kept getting the paper pads out and having a look (and yes a little stroke now and then lol!). I've gathered up a few bits and pieces (some freebies, some I've bought) including a couple of items that are in amongst this lot, I'll get them sorted hopefully by the weekend and get my 1st ever Candy up and running.

It's a lovely sunny day here in Hull, here's hoping the rest of the weekend stays the same...I've said for two weeks I'm going to clean windows and this weekend I'm determined they will be done...not to mention the car needs a good gutting too lol....surprising what a little sunshine does for you!

My card today is for Easter, showed it to nephew yesterday and he said it's like an advert for Cadbury's (hence the title of the post! lol). Had the old faithful Forever Friends CD out for this one and decided to do some decoupage for a change.

Afternoon all, well I managed to finish all 5 of the cards I needed for Mothers Day so this is just a quick post to add the pics (I did cheat and use the same image and layout for two of them - just changed the punches I used and the colours to make them different!) No challenges for these ones, and no recipe, anything you're interested in just leave a comment and I'll let you know if I can!.

Evening all! Was asked today to make 3 Mothers Day cards....then rememebered I'd already been asked for two more that I'd completely forgotten lol. Got down to it today and made one of them....guess I know what I'm doing tomorrow then! Decided to move away from my normal 6" squares and go for a slight stepper. Will be back to normal tomorrow though although one order is for 8" square instead!

View Over The Humber And Candy

No card today but just wanted to share this pic. As I told you in a previous post I went walking with my sisters last weekend, forgot I'd taken this until I was doing a pic of the card I posted on Friday. This was the view over the Humber when we walked down by the Marina....considering I took it on my phone I love how the rays of the Sun have shown up.

One of my sisters is off the America again this weekend (lucky her!) so I'm hoping to get a few bits ordered from Joanns to be delivered to her villa (lucky me!) and if I can get some nice little bits I'll be popping some up as candy along with another couple of bits I've got at home (lucky you! lol). Will be in another couple of weeks when she gets back so keep your eyes open!

Happy Birthday Hubby!

Well, as it says in the title it's Hubby's birthday on Tuesday so thought I'd get ahead and have his card made in advance (now there's a first! lol). Still got his pressie to sort out...for once he hasn't asked for anything and I'm struggling! Taking him to a local Indian tomorrow night for a meal (ok I'm taking me, he's coming with me... he doesn't do Indian....guess it's steak or chicken for him hehe), then might see what the late showing is at Cineworld. I've used a precoloured image from Lily Of The Valley on this one...it's hubby to a T lol.
